Our Fees

Many extended health plans cover physiotherapy or massage therapy. Please check with your insurance plan before your first visit to learn more about your coverage.

Some questions to ask include:

• Amount per treatment
• Maximum amount per year
• Whether you need to submit a doctor’s referral (in order to activate your coverage)

**Please note: Alberta Health Care DOES NOT cover the cost of physical therapy or massage therapy treatments at Thrive Therapy. We are also unable to do any WCB or CRP treatments.

You will be responsible for any outstanding amount not covered by your health benefit plan. We accept cash, cheque, debit, or credit card.

** Note: In cases where the insurance provider declines a claim when we submit it for direct billing it is the responsibility of the Insured Individual to pay for treatment and contact their insurance provider for reimbursement**
