I have been a practicing Massage Therapist since 2001, graduating from the 2200 hour program at MacEwan College. I love what I do for many reasons, especially the people I get to help. Each person who comes for massage presents differently and I enjoy the challenge of working with them to get to the root causes of their issues, so they can get back to doing what they love - pain free.
Advanced Education
Over my career I have taken many therapeutic massage courses including myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, fascial cupping and TMJ dysfunction. I am continually learning so I can have more tools in my toolbox to help address and correct issues that my clients have.
Well Rounded Experience
My years as a therapeutic massage therapist has given me a vast array of experience in the treatment room. I treat repetitive strain injuries, tension and migraine headaches, soft tissue injuries, MVA injuries and more. I can also help** manage work and life stresses.
In my practice I also treat many athletes from weekend warriors to competitive athletes who compete locally and nationally to olympic hopefuls who compete internationally.
How Can I Help You?
Each person that attends massage therapy presents differently. With my experienced, hands- on muscular assessment and techniques I am able to find and treat the underlying causes and work with you to correct issues and imbalances so you can achieve your health goals. Being free from pain and injury allows you to live your best life and I am proud to be able to work with you in your wellness path and help you feel better each day!
