No matter what stage of your life you are at, Glenda Lane is passionate about helping you not only feel great in your body but also love your life at the same time.

Glenda’s decades of professional experience, along with her own health journey, have led her to use a whole being approach with her clients - mind, body and spirit. This gets to the root of physical discomfort and dysfunction so her clients can have optimal and lasting change in their function and wellbeing. From an educational perspective, Glenda received her Physical Therapy Degree with distinction from McGill University in 1991. Being an avid learner, that was just the beginning. Her love of sports led her to specializing in orthopaedics and sports physio, receiving her Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy Diploma and her Diploma in Sports Physical Therapy. She has had the amazing opportunity of working with local soccer teams and travelling to Beijing and Turkey as a part of the Canadian Medical Team taking care of our Canadian athletes at the Summer Universiade Games. Glenda’s passion for learning led her to the practices of Traditional Chinese Medical Acupuncture as well as Visceral Manipulation through the Barral Institute. She loves that adding these practices allows her to assess and treat clients with a more thorough approach in tune with the energetics of the body as well as the physical aspects. Glenda’s goal is to empower her clients to receive the results they desire by helping them understand what is going on with their bodies and providing a treatment plan uniquely tailored to their individual needs. Another branch of Glenda’s work in the world is through transformational energy coaching. She helps people be in alignment with their true nature in all the ways so that they can truly flourish and love their lives. Play time for Glenda includes fun with her hubby and daughters, yoga, cycling, ravine walks, dancing, laughing with her friends, travel and quiet time in meditation. She’s a water girl, a lover of chocolate and a fan of kindness and compassion.
